Once they have pledged, it’s super important that you collect as soon as possible. The longer you leave it, the more likely the donor will forget or, worse, change their mind. That’s why you want to be uploading all of the pledges as soon as possible to a CRM, which can then send out automated and personalised emails with payment links and a reminder of the amount they have committed.
